Anti-Gravity Fruit Bowl
The idea of the fruit bowl actually came from my lamp. There was always a gravity problem in our lamp designs and I started to think about an anti-gravity design for this work. More than fifty paper mock-ups were made to try different bowl shapes and to solve the gravity issue. Maths was applied too to calculate the angle of the body. I ended up with one standing bowl and one anti-gravity bowl. CNC cutting and powder coating were applied on this work. All the polishing, sanding, and folding work was done by myself. It was great experience to try all these process as a graphic designer who has never done these before.
